All products are individually wrapped in protective foam, placed in double-walled export-grade cardboard boxes, and where necessary, crated in custom wooden frames. Every package is inspected before dispatch to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition.
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. Custom orders are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged, please photograph it upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or resolution.
