Every item is individually wrapped in protective foam, cushioned in double-walled export-grade boxes, and crated where necessary for larger pieces. We take great care to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition.

In the rare event of transit damage, please photograph the packaging and product upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours at sales@marblancestudio.com. We will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution promptly.
